Yes -- the advisories come out at 5 PM, 11 PM, 5 AM, 11 AM Eastern and 0h, 6h, 12h, 18h Zulu time.

5pm advisory out - 125 mph sustained winds, 930 mb.

Discussion indicates some strengthening might be going on from Dvorak numbers.
