The measurement of an evacuation plan is not how many people run out of gas 20-30 miles from the danger zone. It is not how many trash cans are overflowing. It is not who gets impatient and angry in their car.
It is how many die from direct storm causes and who tried to get out.
So far, superb results. Of course, the storm is still inbound.
