Sorry but while what you state is technically correct you have no understanding of the laws that cover the pressure vessel mentioned here.
Way before they reach that point the pressure relief value will open and all the gas will leave the container to reduce the pressure to zero.

What about the force of the fuel tanks if they went up?

Not true and that is a fact.
Even if that would be the case under normal circumstances, venting oxygen into a fire will cause the vessel to be heated more rapidly. Even if a tank doesn't burst, it's going to dump its entire load of oxygen onto the fire pretty quickly.
