When you have 100s of thousands all the way upto a million cars stuck or crawling along, containing potentially a million plus people trying to evacuate, hey, guess what's, IT'S A NEWS STORY!"
What annoys me is not them showing the traffic jams but acting as if you can evacuate 4 million people and NOT have traffic jams.

They are interviewing the manager of the nursing home in Bellaire and some idiot reporter is asking them if they now think "they made a mistake in evacuating these people"!
