Surely you know Islam is, to a great extent, a cultural religion. An Arab person is more than likely a Muslim person.

So, you go right ahead and keep trying to justify calling someone "Abdul" at the same time you tell him to "cut back on the stupid pills." Keep telling us there's nothing even the least bit racial about those comments. Because, even if it should appear as if you might have a prejudicial bone in your body, such a preposterous notion can be easily and rationally explained out of existence.

While there's plenty of bigots around here, Petronski's probably one of the last people who can credibly be called one.

That said, the "execution for adultery" comment that started all this is also the viewpoint of a group of Christians called "reconstructionists". They are to Christianity what the fundamentalist nuts are to Islam, though fortunately much smaller and less powerful. Worldwide, anyway. There aren't too many fundamentalist Muslims in America.

People like this prove the point that the problem is never religious beliefs, it's attempts to codify them into criminal law.
