No kidding. I was raised on Prince/W Broadway and that neighborhood went to the dogs the moment my favorite diner and favorite bodega became a Swatch store and a jewelry store run by what I have always suspected to be prostitutes. ;-)

Regis is way up on 84th between Madison & Park. I'd take the #6 train everyday to school and back. That was back when I used to call it 'Bernie Goetz's train.' Thing is, I think he was on the '4' and I was wrong all those years! It's the thought that counts. Haha!
