I am amazed...I am not going to say that I wanted a hurricane, oh, no I didn't....but I have to say that I will be disappointed if we don't even get a drop of rain, here in the DFW area...

Are you kidding me? No rain at all?

That's not what The Weather Channel forecast says.

I thought the damned thing was supposed to stall out over the eastern half of the state and drop 25 inches?

THAT is what the weather guy on Scarborough's show said...

right after I had switched from Hannity and Colmes, where Joe Bastardi was saying it would hit between Galveston and High Island between 3-6:00 AM on Saturday...

and hear straight up I-45....and that when it gets to North Texas would stall for about 3 days....

All I know is....I don't want anything BAD to happen, but I WANT SOME RAIN!!! (UH-OH...you know what they say about getting what you wished for....I may REALLY regret this post)

I'd had them off for several days, but I turned the soaker hoses back on this afternoon. Of course, I've been running the sprinklers.

They've narrowed down the rain forcast for somewhere between 2 to 38 inches in the DFW area.
