Oh no, it's hot in Texas!!! I worked outside in extremes. From -80 Windchills to near 120deg heat indices. Our troops in Afghanistan do that and more with gear on!
Shoot, most of them don't know that is an average day for us Texans, and just 97 degress, a cool day.
