urg - I'm in Dallas, but quite a ways east of I-45. I've got lots of big trees I'd hate to have come down.....but I think I'm really more concerned with flooding.......we sit right on the edge of the 100 year flood plain.

Oh, I think you're definitely safe wind-wise that far up, and as long as she doesn't come up and sit over your area, you probably won't flood either. Good luck and God bless!
