No...his name is Joe but not Bastardi. His last name is Sobel. He is the only one who can accurately predict our winter weather here...he is right on the money every time! He bases our snow falls on one loaf of bread or two loaves!!!

I don't know if Joe Soebel still does the weather on KTSA in San Antonio - he'd call into the station. I loved him! He was usually right on the money!
