We've got a new Vortex Data Report - pressure up 2 mb to 921 mb, but max flight-level winds also up 7 knots to 132 knots (and in the NE quad now; last max flight wind was in the NW quad) - eye fix at 12:07 am CDT (previous one at 10:24 pm; 1 hour 37 minutes ago)

That's 3,288.15 feet off the 2300 track.

To the NORTHEAST.

If it was a hurricane center plot, it'd be almost 4 miles NE of the 1700 plot.

Wobble or not, that is good news for Houston and Galveston.
