That was my thought, too. Cindy will probably not be aware she is talking to a Senator.
I think Cindy's brainwaves are seriously flawed. She believes she's so important that it doesn't matter who the heck she's talking too. The only thing about talking with/about Hail Hillary vs. Pres Bush...he won't take her life away. Either literally or figuratively. Hillary will shut her down if it meets the Hill's needs.
