I agree. She's not speaking her own words. They are 180-degrees out of phase from what she said after actually meeting the President.

As to who, my guess would be that it's not anyone associated with the DNC. The probability that it's groups like Code Pink, Moveon.org, maybe even Soros tends towards one.

And, call me crazy if you like, but I believe she knows she is being used. She's stuck on stupid, but not that stupid.
