I wonder how many people that are on the highway, sitting in overheated cars, will now turn around and go back to Houston. Seems Rita is not going to come in south of Galveston, or even at Galveston. If the track has changed to the LA-TX border, how much damage will Houston get?

Houston floods.... I would hope the roads clear up and get people moving on the highways. 2 million people in 2 & 3 cars can not get out of Houston and invade populated areas like Dallas... in one way traffic.......... this is all gridlock areas all the time, and this evacutaion is going to make it worse...........
