They may get some flooding, but just didn't have any choice. Had 3 small children in the car and needed to get off the interstate. Don't know if they'll try again at some point or just stay put.
Hopefully, all the neighbors with 2-story houses will help out the single-story dwellers.
My daughter said there was no water at Walmart this afternoon in Longview. She said it was like a zoo in there. Some shelves are empty.
