Some of the models are predicting the storm will stall over west-central Louisiana and then get pushed to the southwest by a building high-pressure ridge - in other words, back towards Houston.
Which could set up some Alison-style flooding.
Or maybe not.
Which is how the forecasting for this particular storm has gone.
So in any of the areas are the animals acting strange or migrating? That would be one of the most telling signs!

We had a tropical storm come in when we lived in Houston in the late 80's. It dropped 11" of rain on us, went up to East Texas, turned around, came back to Houston, and dropped another 12". Was that Allison?
