I hope your right! We moved to Houston from Beaumont 5 years ago. Beaumont has a similar doomsday situation to New Orleans. If Rita heads up the mouth of the Sabine, most of Beaumont could be flooded. Speaking of Cajuns, we cooked a big pot of Gumbo last night. We will be eating well until we lose power. Don't think Gumbo tastes very good cold.
