Looks like we might be in better shape now here in College Station. The latest maps have 6-12" of rain though, and power loss in isolated area.

We are still hangin' tight in College Station.

I posted on the Rita IV thread that I had checked the grocery stores this morning & the shelves were empty of many things.
However, HEB did have a fresh shipment of water. Ice was available, too. But that was a couple of hours ago.

Gas is still available for the most part. Cars waiting in line about 10 deep in some places.


The latest indications seem to point that Rita has taken a slight eastward tilt towards deep east Texas.
