Have you heard anything about plans to contra-flow the freeways? I heard on the radio that frwy contruction on 45 near Conroe and IH10 at Columbus is causing traffic jams.
Have not heard on the contra-flow but did just hear from a friend at the scene that 45 is at a standstill up there.
