Since you're so intelligent, you tell everyone what will it take for the US to once again build new refineries short of total devastation from the current market we're in? $10 a gallon + may do it? People are running for their lives, and you're hoping those who lose their homes also have to face $10 a gallon gasoline.

The people will leave but the compound in anger is already developing and you are exactly right, people shouldn't have to worry about it. No I don't hope that but it's inevitable with an industry that bases profit over disaster.
