Are you listening to these stupid reporters at the FEMA news conference? All they are concerned about is how this response is different than for Katrina.

Nice of them to be so concerned about Texas after Houston welcomed so many of the N.O. evacuees in to their city.

I'm sure they're saying in DUmmyland that Texas is getting punished for "exploiting" the evacuees, as the NYT put it.
