I just heard Shep say the storm is at 140 mph. MSNBC SAYS 150 MPH. Shep's still quoting the 10 am CDT advisory, while MSNBC is using the 1:15 pm CDT update. The next full advisory is due out about 4 pm CDT, and if it doesn't have Rita at a Cat 5, I'll be surprised.
