Now hubby has no excuse to NOT get my car running again. the last time gas got put into the tank - it cost less than $2 a gallon :)
Off-topic, but...Congrats on getting the ok, but welcome to gasoline reality check. In toledo, it's slowly....ever....so....slowly....FINALLY came down to $2.67. Now...it was $2.58 before the Katrina excuse. My bet is-it'll jump up again within the next week. That's the way they work it...the speculators make sure it never is allowed to get below, or even TO-the previous price. A few cents higher every time. Remember what I said on that gas thread a while back about the repubs having about 6 months to do something-or....goodbye in the '06 blowout & hello, Billary in '08. And, you;ll also recall, I, and the few who agreed with me got trashed for it. A few called us communists.

Hubby filled his pick up last night @ $2.75 a gallon. It was $2.73 this morning. I'm totally tired of the price games on the gas.
