I see. I didn't know if Max Sustained Winds were the ones used to determine the category, or if some other wind measurement was appropriate.

She's still a Cat 2 now, I'm presuming.

Yes, max sustained winds and, to a lesser extent, pressure determine the category. See table at top of the thread.
