Highest strike probability: Galveston, Freeport
According to the National Weather Service, Hurricane Rita will most likely strike Freeport or Galveston.

did you see the latest BAMM computer model? shows it landing east of Galveston Bay. Another shows it around Beaumont, while two models show Madagorda Bay area and the 5th around Brownsville.
