Well, there are a lot of things, but there are three that I can think of, just off the top of my head, that are entirely within the constructs of the Constitution:

1. Stop intervening in foreign countries' affairs. Bring all the troops back and put them on the southern border.

2. Enforce - by which I mean eliminate legisatlation that erodes - the 2nd Amendment.

3. Allow law enforcers to do their jobs, even if the have to - gasp - profile.
