I hope this lady gets a sizeable settlement. The network did cause severe emotional distress. They made a promise then backed down..I believe that is called fraud.
My guess is ABC has some major clause she does not even know she signed..and the poor lady gets nothing.
Reality shows are a terrible concept, Just like advertising that shows teenagers you are either skinny and beautiful, or you are nobody.
