I guess, in the end, it will come down to what the contract (if she even signed one) said.
I've often wondered about these shows where they use "secret video tape" of family and loved ones to say unnice things about the project to be developed. Is my worth to my friends based solely on how I look and how I dress?
Fortunately, for me, I know what my worth is to my friends. (I cultivate deep, meaningful relationships)...but apparently a lot of these people have a lot of shallow "loved" ones. And that's just sad. And it's even sadder that there are producers willing to prey upon it. But what's worse is that we're a society that considers it entertainment.

That's ridiculous...of course it's not just about looks...but that's what this show is. I've seen it. These are people who love the person getting the makeover.
