Well, I generally don't like using the military as social reclamantion projects. That's not to say that I wanted all my Marines to be boy scouts. You need some guys with a bit of the barbarian in them. Some of my best "field" Marines were guys I wouldn't let within 5 miles of my sister. If I had one.

But stuff like racism there is little tolerance for. If one good ass-whuppin' won't cure the kid, then I wouldn't want to let his poison infect anyone else.
