It would be really interesting to know exactly who was jibbering on at the UN right about when this note was written. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the French. If you were at the UN, wouldn't you need a bath too?
He should have farted in their general direction, which would be the genteel european way, or just stood up and p--d on them, which would have been the more genuinely sincere approach.
