We went through this last year and the supreme court overturned it. Not sure of the details on this yet but the left sure never stops.

Newdow seek a second bite at the apple.

The 9th Circus will uphold it and it will have to go back to the USSC.

Last year the Supreme Court threw it out because Newdow, as the non-custodial parent, had no standing. This year he is representing two "families".
