Blacks have been damaged by LIBERAL feel-good programs and they're beginning to find that out.

More importantly to liberals, Blacks have been used and controlled by those liberal, feel-good programs. Just like Marx used the working class to advance communist revolution, the American left uses race as a type of "class" to create the envy necessary to overthrow the hated free enterprise and individual liberty. It is the duty of the intellectual elite to manipulate the masses for the greater good, which only they have intellect enough to see. The ends then , justify the means. The means of course being class envy, race baiting, and the use of the mass media to manipulate public opinion.
