All this is amazing to me. I live in South Florida and one of the Emergency Evacuation Plans is about hospitals and nursing home evacuations. We have our cities, counties and state officials READY unlike the criminals from Louisiana. Not only the LTC staff should be held accountable, but the mayor and the governor should be prosecuted as well.

You are exactly right, every County and city, Town in the State should have had an evacuation plan including where to evacuate to. they should have started the evacuations on Friday. Police,Fire are first responders and they did not do the job, and that messed everything up on down the raod.
