I agree that it's taking too long. A small crew could have been collecting bodies to place in a ref.truck while the majority did rescue and recovery. Then no one would have complained. FEMA or whomever could have stated:the process has begun. Blanco's a stupid be-otch but I agree with her on this one.

By isolating body recovery to the time when the water has been drawn down about half-way, it becomes a much more visible activity.
This way the Democrats will not be able to accuse "W" of hiding the bodies.
