Get a few homosexual activists in HR, hire a few more, get a couple of special company groups organized to "reach out" to the "gay" community, and voila!
Starbucks marching in "gay" pride parades, Ford Foundation donating gazillions of bucks to "gay" organizations, company mandated "sensitivity" training, and on and on and on.
