Cornyn just got Roberts to say that by saying that Roe v Wade is settled law, is not neccessarily saying that it can't be overtuned, to which Roberts agreed.

Way to go Cornyn! I feel better now about that issue.

Agreed. Roberts answered that question perfectly. POTUS could not have selected a better nominee.

And note Roberts doesn't decline to answer the question, because it's nothing less than the truth.

If the Robes can decide our property is up for grabs, no precedent is sacred. Certainly our Constitution is not accordingly honored.

This is why I've never understood.... uneasiness, from conservatives, over this acknowledgement. It's nothing less than how a Constitutionalist would think.
