I still don't get why folks are down on DRM. It seems to me that the only folks that should be down on DRM are the pirates and thieves. I, for one, welcome DRM as it should ultimately (eventually) make it easier (seemless) for me to use my computer to view copyrighted content from whatever form of media that I have chosen to pay for.

If you upgrade computers, how much pain are you willing to suffer through to get your content back?

that's one more point.

the wife purchased all these music files from walmart.com. when i upgraded here computer with a new mobo and larger hard drive i somehow lost all her licence crap.

i am using the same computer but yet i'm a pirate if i find a work around to listen to the music that she purchased.

Well, I can speak to this, since I just recently upgraded my computer and needed to copy my iTunes songs from one system to the other. On my old computer, I deauthorized the old computer, then on the new computer I authorized the new computer, copied the files, and shazam it worked!
