Yeah, only problem was none of the other girls
(or guys for that matter) understood. I was
considered the weird snob anyway. So my
pride only added to the image, oh well. They
were obviously just too narrow minded.

The military was not very popular when my brothers first went in either. It would have been nice if my classmates understood my pride, but their ignorance didn't dampen my pride any. Looks like it didn't dampen yours either.
