So, if the guns are registered, then the police know their location. Suppose the people at that location have already left. Will the police break in and confiscate the guns "for the public safety"?

And just wot the L is a "legally" registered gun? When is a gun "illegally" registered?

When is a gun "illegally" registered?

If you are a convicted Felon or otherwise disqualified from firearms ownership, you cannot be legally required to register a firearm. It violates your 5th Amendment Right to not incriminate yourself....
