Soledad is dumb, as many have said.

I could forgive dumb, but I cannot abide her bias, and her meanness and rudeness and over the top emotionalism as she interrogates her "prisoners" from the Bush Administration during interviews.

Talk about "prisoner abuse"!!!

I saw her with Mike Brown the other day, and I vowed never to hear another word that spews out of her biased, mean, rude and yes, DUMB, mouth.

Very good news to hear that someone put her in her place.

God bless that person.

Was this posting about CNN accurate is really my concern.

Turn him off, he is a crazy old druggie that needs to buy a clue. He is not funny, nor entertaining and he fawns over democrats. He thinks he is an authority on everything, and yet if you listen to him he is just Dem talking points and no clear informed thought about anything.

Somehow I don't think CNN will exactly be putting it in heavy rotation.

Any such "inconvenient" interview will never again see the light of day.

"How original, let them eat cake, talking points!!!!"
yeah made me sick listening to this a$$.
...

The MSM'rs stole that from online boards who were the first to label Blanco as Blanco Antoinette. Shows how unoriginal the MSM is as they lift dialogue from the streets and the internet.

Thank you mhking!

I know I saw a news feed from NOLA that said the 40% dry areas have power. I was curious about those areas having water.

Bill Hemmer's reporting was very professional and non-biased. I think he will be a good addition to FNC.

"INHABITABLE" I think you mean "habitable." And while I'm editing stuff.... one of my pet peeves is hearing how something or a group or a city is decimated. Otherwise educated people including our president and Sean Hannity use it incorrectly. But after reading below, guess I'm in the minority. sigh. dec·i·mate (dĕs'ə-mât') tr.v., -mat·ed, -mat·ing, -mates. To destroy or kill a large part of (a group). Usage Problem. To inflict great destruction or damage on: The fawns decimated my rose bushes. To reduce markedly in amount: a profligate heir who decimated his trust fund. To select by lot and kill one in every ten of. [Latin decimâre, decimât-, to punish every tenth person, from decimus, tenth, from decem, ten.] dec'i·ma'tion n. USAGE NOTE Decimate originally referred to the killing of every tenth person, a punishment used in the Roman army for mutinous legions. Today this meaning is commonly extended to include the killing of any large proportion of a group. Sixty-six percent of the Usage Panel accepts this extension in the sentence The Jewish population of Germany was decimated by the war, even though it is common knowledge that the number of Jews killed was much greater than a tenth of the original population. However, when the meaning is further extended to include large-scale destruction other than killing, as in The supply of fresh produce was decimated by the nuclear accident at Chernobyl, only 26 percent of the Panel accepts the usage.

In my opinion, after seeing her unfairly SAVAGE Mike Brown and the entire Bush Administration response, WITHOUT BLAMING THE LOCALS AT ALL, she is only treating the locals somewhat harshly, too, to make herself appear less biased. My conviction on that is rock solid. Nothing anyone could say will ever move me off that conviction.

She thinks we out here are too stupid to see through her.

She is wrong.

"What is the game there?"

I was wondering that myself? Is it a property grab? Get the people out and bulldoze the place? Who knows?

The MSM makes it sound like the whole city is under water, which is not true. The lies of the left need to be exposed every chance we get.

Deliberately so, it would seem. Ask yourself why the media would try to write off a complete city when other cities also suffered severe damage from the hurricane?

Odd that the French Quarter was spared from many shots. I kept wondering when they would show the landmarks.

This does not take away from the tragedy of homes and businesses that were flooded and people that were trapped.

This is the response usually given to a poster at the dark side (democratic underground) should they accidentally say anything sane.
