...and if a percentage of the stay-behind NOLA residents were offered rides and refused? Would you have them forcibly removed by the police? How many residents could the police physically drag out before the hurricane hit, or the levees broke?
This is what we're saying. At some point you either make you own way, or in an extreme case, you get steamrolled by circumstances. You don't seem to be the type to allow yourself to get rolled.
