Why then, if he is good, did Nagin blame the President on TV for what he knew was the fault of the Governor?

IMO, "good" people don't do things like that.

He wobbled. He has to live here. Otherwise, no excuse.

I am not arguing about him but up until the storm he was doing a good job.
