Well the state has no problems commandeering the public school busses after the fact. Here in Alexandria La. the school busses are still outta commision from the evac after the fact (since Fri.).
They claim they need 2 days to decontaminate them now.

I think I found out what the problem was with the Nagin/Blanco evac manual,,,, they were reading the wrong book!
