Oh, he grasps the facts. That's why he has now resorted to a pack of lies.
The Democrats have no agenda. Their agenda is to demonize Pres Bush and Republicans - they have nothing else. They can't go after the Prez on substance so they have to try and create issues.
The major question is whether the voting public will buy their rhetoric.
