This man taking the law into his own hands is just a preliminary symptom of what is to come in this country. The people know that the justice system had failed them miserably and they know that they are own their own in a world where criminals have more rights than victims.
People are getting fed up with it, and its only natural for them to start taking the law into their own hands when they have no confidence in the justice system. Things like this are only going to become more frequent as time goes on.
