No, that's *your* logic of absolutes, and nature
as well as the law, is not made up of only
absolutes. People, sexes, children, adults, animals
plants..all are different, and trying to apply
absolutes,...that none set of rules ap-ply equally
to all of them is the diocy of the truly sick,
denmented, and deluded...lke the ACLU plague rats,
and the retarded judges who but their
"all of us is rats" absoltism.
And it's building up into chaos that will only
grow stronger as the injustices of the
deluded "absolutism of socialism" that the
ACLU have been poisoning our legal system grow.
I'm not sure that even you know what you're trying to say. I certainly have no idea what you are getting at.
You seem to have proposed a system where if one member of a certain group commits a crime, all members of that group could be legally hunted down and killed.
But, of course, you seem to be missing the point of the ELF question. If a vigilante is to be let off the hook if he truly believes that society is better off if he kills a couple of child molestors, why shouldn't an ELF vigilante who kills a woman wearing mink be given the same break?
You seem to be in favor of vigilantism. Tell me, how do you propose defining the standards of what is and isn't "legal" vigilantism?
