You, and people like you are one of the reasons the Red Cross and Salvation Army couldn't go into New Orleans to help refugees. They did not have the law enforcement resources to maintain law and order in those shelters so rather than be blamed for the rapes and murders that occurred, they stayed away, and so many people that they could have helped died as a result. Communism kills again. Your self righteous indignation is not helpful.

Get a clue and stop making shit up blaming me for deaths. You are a piece of work. The RC and SA were not kept out of NO due to lack of police. They were kept out so as not to encourage people to stay during the evacuation. Further, I am talking about ordinary citizens who have those obligations as a member of a civilized society. Exactly the opposite of your claim that I think the RC and SA should bear the responsibility.

Amnesty International was blaming the Red Cross and the Salvation Army not ordinary citizens. The post you replied to said;

"Relief organizations are CHARITIES, and as such, have NO obligations whatsoever.Goddamned communists in AI."

The article said;

"Relief groups have an obligation to make vulnerable populations a top priority when planning and operating shelters, said Sheila Dauer, director of women's human rights for Amnesty International USA..."

I don't know where you got the idea we were discussing the obligations of ordinary citizens, but that isn't the case.
