Bet the French Quarter will be up and running in weeks at the most.
That'll be a good trick to get supplies
in there and no sewer or water system
working. I don't think even those
in the french quarter can survive
like Daniel Boone.
Plus, the toxicins wafting around
on the ground and in the air. If
deprevation of supplies don't get
them....sickness & disease surely
will.
