Unfortunately that makes alot of sense. Right now the pressure is equalized.

The only good thing that has not happened is the Mississippi leeves are still intact, even though there was a raging fire beside it for a few days. If that levee broke, it would be game over for New Orleans.

The levee break in St. Bernard Parish is a Mississippi break. (The Industrial Canal break)
