Last Sunday when all those thousands were queued up at the Superdome, it looked as though the people coming in were being thoroughly searched. I guess that wasn't the case after all.
Anyway, I remember FoxNews interviewing two tourists, one from Australia and one from England. They were very upbeat and optimistic about how things were going to go once they got inside. I remember thinking at the time that these were "babes in the woods". NO way would I have gone into that dome.

I saw the same interview and just remember the young male, 20ish, with a backpack, smiling. After reading what horrors were going on in the dome, I thought about him. I googled "Australian tourists, Katrina" and found some interesting stories. One said that he was alright. I was so happy to see that.
